Data Engineer What are your tasks.
Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancing OOP Python based Data engineering prescriptive analytics solution, running in Azure environment.
Integrating the end-to-end data pipeline to take data from source systems to target data repositories ensuring the quality and consistency of data is always maintained Evaluating the performance and applicability of multiple tools against customer requirements What do you bring with you.
Proficient in Python OOP (strong experience with Python for data engineering apps).
H ands on experience designing and delivering solutions using Azure.
Direct experience of building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Apache Spark (preferably in Databricks).
Experience with data ingestion/ETL (ADF or other ETL orchestration engines).
Programming experience in Scala or Python Proven experience working as a data engineer Highly proficient in using the spark framework (python and/or Scala) It’s a plus but not mandatory.
SQL (any dialect).
Data science knowledge and experience.
Knowledge in CI/CD (Azure DevOps) Interpersonal skills.
Must be team oriented with strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required Drive, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
Enjoy working in a team to solve complex issues.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
