RESPONSIBILITIES Responding, diagnosing, resolving, and tracking support queries and community support cases or forum threads Maintaining response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs Keeping high customer satisfaction scores and following quality standards in 90% of cases Using existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish root cause for queries and provide a customer-facing root cause assessment Performing internal classification queries documenting classes of problems and preventative actions for further retroactive analysis REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience working with support projects and/or a 24x7 environments Advanced English level (B2+/C1) Customer Service and Customer Experience Ability to communicate technical content/advice in a structured manner Mandatory advanced knowledge in Programming - Coding, System design / scaling, Data, Data - analysis techniques, Linux / Unix - System, constraints, how Linux works, ETL or any cluster tool (Hadoop) or distributed computing TECHNOLOGIES Programming Data - databases APIs / System Design Web Technologies - HTTP and Authentication SQL or BQL Query execution reading/optimizing Algorithms & data structures Testing Linux / Unix & Linux / Unix - Command line Web technologies / troubleshooting Networking TCP/IP troubleshooting IP routing DNS WE OFFER Career plan and real growth opportunities Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions International Mobility Plan within 25 countries Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more English classes with a certified teacher Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more) Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more) Flexible work schedule and dress code Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus) Major medical expenses insurance.
