We are looking for a Cyber security specialist to join Development department at ABB Germany, Drives unit.
In this role, you will be the key person to build security into our products and processes.
We are working in office/remote hybrid model and location will be in Mannheim.
\n\nThe local R&D department consists of 6 developers, and we co-operate globally with teams in Switzerland, Finnland, China and India.
Agile development, continuous integration and modern SW tools are key elements of our daily work.
We are responsible of DC- drives product families including motoric applications like mine elevators in gold mines, non-motoric applications in decarbonization, such as hydrogen production in an electrolyzer, and heating applications for industry.
This position reports to R&D Team Lead Your responsibilities Analyzing requirements from cyber security standards and customers and turning these into product requirements and technical concepts Facilitating technical discussion and creating common understanding between architects, product management and software developers by arranging workshops, creating documentation and having reviews Developing and monitoring processes around cyber security Supporting SW development teams in threat modelling and following cyber security processes Active contribution to identifying, managing and reducing cyber security risks Perform and maintain cyber security assessments according to ABB internal and external standards Your background B.
c or M.
