Requisitos.
- Inglés fluido -Manejo de paquetería Office -Conocimiento tecnico en logística internacional, exportaciones, importaciones, transporte maritimo y terrestre (necesario), aereo (deseable) -Conocimiento de Cargowise Responsabilidades.
-Aplicar una comprensión general de las prácticas y procedimientos de transporte y logística para ayudar en los servicios del flete para los clientes.
-Resuelva de forma independiente problemas moderadamente complejos con una supervisión mínima, mientras deriva los problemas más complejos al personal adecuado.
-Coordine con clientes, líneas navieras, aerolíneas y otras partes interesadas para garantizar el procesamiento oportuno y preciso de los envíos.
-Trabajar con varios transportistas terrestres, marítimos y otros proveedores que brindan servicios a Alebrije y sus clientes.
-Factura precisa y oportuna para clientes -Escalar las quejas de los clientes.
-Realizar otras tareas administrativas que le sean asignadas.
-Dar seguimiento a la entrega de servicio (primeros embarques, gestión para pago, definición de KPI´s con clientes).
Beneficios.
-Sueldo base mensual $20k-$25k brutos -Prestaciones de ley -Aguinaldo -Vacaciones -Prima vacacional -Seguro social Horario.
Lunes a viernes de am - pm Lugar de trabajo.
Plaza Miyana, Polanco.
Nivel de educación deseada.
Superior - titulado Nivel de experiencia deseada.
Nivel Medio Habilidades.
