YOUR OPPORTUNITY What does a Commercial Finance Coordinator  do?  The Commercial Finance Coordinator will focus on fully understanding business drivers underlying financial results, business partnering Commercial Teams while also relentlessly seeking to uncover value-creating business insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES With our Consumer at the Heart, your Key Responsibilities will be to.
Manage and Control – with a strong laser focus– the whole Rebates & Discounts process, constantly focusing on improvements and automations, seeking on always optimizing current process.
Ensure Controls & Compliance are in place delivering effectiveness performance on Gross to Net Assessment (Internal, External & SOX Controls).
Business Partner of Sales organization.
The role is not only to track budget, is mainly to support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to take the right decision in terms of promotional and investments decisions.
Co-lead the financial budgeting and planning process for the commercial team, ensuring discount is reflected accurately and are executed according to plan.
Tracking business performance against goals and leading reviews with senior management.
Developing and implementing processes to maintain and improve profitability.
Project ownership, working with business partners to deliver projects such as.
innovations and customer analysis that help better serve Bacardi’s Evolution Business.

Personal Qualities.
At least 4 years’ experience in Finance Roles, specially.
Commercial Finance, Performance Management or Marketing/Sales Business Partner.
Business Acumen.
understanding of the consumer industry and experience of a commercial finance leadership role and proven record of successful delivery of results in matrix organization.
Ideally experience at Sales & Marketing Business Partner and R&D process and control.
Ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership in order to influence the decision-making process.
Systems.
Office (specially Excel), SAP.
PowerBI is desirable.
Language.
Spanish and English Other.
