Technical Consultant What you'll do - RESPONSIBILITIES Should have hands on experience with installing and configuring the product and understand the interactions within various modules.
It is preferable if the candidate has previous experience of working in any of the cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network terminologies.
Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates It is mandatory to have good knowledge of RBDMS concepts and administration.
Knowledge of RAC (Real Application Cluster) is an added advantage.
Candidate should be able to review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade.
Understands how BLUEYONDER solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
Should have strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage.
Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledgebase.
Should be able to drive a KT and Transition plan effectively.
It will be an added advantage to have a candidate with knowledge of incident, problem and change management process.
