Job Description The role of the Workflows Analyst is to automate service delivery by applying programming skills to build logical flows and smart forms to improve end user experience through digital workflows.
Main Responsibilities Design, build and test digital workflows to digitize and automate GES and Procurement service delivery using automation platforms such as ServiceNow, Office365 and others Provide technical support on operating services Lead the digitization process by defining user stories, generating technical documentation, and providing testing support and follow up of service configuration Collaborate with team members of GES areas and business to review automation opportunities and benefits Position Challenges Learning and understanding of digitization requirements, including understanding services within the disciplines of Business Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Procurement.
