We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between our company and prospective clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Conduct bilingual communication SpanishEnglish with prospective clients.
Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue.
Field incoming phone calls and convert 50 or more to appointments.
Develop and distribute reports of daily appointments.
Utilize Google Suite to manage jobrelated tasks.
Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect.
Properly explain products and services to prospective customers.
Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.
Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
Make outbound phone sales calls using provided phone numbers.
Accept incoming calls from prospective clients.
Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
Maintain a detailed log of all calls, including unanswered ones.
Attempt to contact prospective clients who have not been reached.
Report productrelated complaints to the Manager for resolution.
Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Strong customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented and organized.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Strong sales and negotiating skills.
Experience in outbound phone sales is preferred.
