AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Develop maintenance instructions and best practices for electrical equipment testing and maintenance.
Review KPls and other metrics related to equipment performance, update equipment standards and specification, Conduct equipment reliability studies.
Lead equipment incident investigation teams and represent technical service to investigate equipment failure.
Participate in equipment FAT programs qualification and equipment vendors development.
Coordination of condition monitoring assessment for rotating equipment, and equipment major inspection and overhaul.
Play key role during critical plants contingency program, equipment obsolesce program and Lead initiatives and technologies intended to enhance maintenance and operation practices.
Mentor young and junior engineers in plant equipment O&M specialty as well conduct courses for engineers and technicians.
Responsible for Engineering, Design and Implementation of Electricals Controls and Automation Studying and developing PLC logic as per the customer requirements.
Involvement in the assembling & testing of the machines/equipment's during commissioning stage.
Involved in framing the Quality Documentation including the tests required for CE marking and other customer specification Preparation of Techno-commercial submittals for the projects.
Sourcing and Vendor development for Automation components for local market.
Involved in the commissioning and start up services for different project globally and support after remotely.
