ASSOCIATE MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, COMMERCIALIZATION

As Associate Manager, Project Manager, Commercialization for New Products Development, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end support for New Product Development + Commercialization projects across our company's portfolio.
Your focus will be on ensuring on-time, on-budget and on strategy execution.
You'll keep stakeholders informed, and ensure that team members stay prioritized, focused, and on track to meet objectives in our busy and competitive environment.
This role requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage products and lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development (NPD) process.
Develop timelines, key milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
Facilitate decision-making and remove barriers to drive project progress.
Communicate with project champions and sponsors and translate technical issues to enable good decision-making.
Measure and communicate team performance, project status, and metrics.
Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
Promote simplification and breakthrough thinking.
Lead identification of opportunities for Continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management.
REQUIREMENTS.
Proficient in mid to advanced English, with fluency in both verbal and written communication.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
Over 5 years of pertinent work experience in Project Management, R&D, Manufacturing, or Supply Planning within Consumer Products or related industries, demonstrating a solid knowledge of supply chain principles.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Experience working in Consumer Products or related industries.
Solid project management skills with a track record of launching products and progressing multiple projects concurrently.
Experience to interface, lead and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the corporation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with/influence internal and external partners to meet program needs; orchestrate effective meetings.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
Possess key attributes such us creativity, adaptability, persuasiveness, perseverance, and strategic thinking.
Ability to translate and communicate project and technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
