APEX APP DEVELOPER 2

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot, and debug APEX applications for commercial or end user applications.
Writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, defines project scope, and develop technical specifications.
Creates interactive reports, forms, charts, and dashboards using APEX components.
As a member of the Optimized Project Management Office (OPMO), This role is responsible for actively participating in the development of the HLGIU's applications by writing code, troubleshooting, documenting, and deploying updates to the applications, while engaging with system owners, PMs, and tools & automation team.
Our successful candidate will be experienced with Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL and should have worked with some front-end Web/GUI development languages like Java/APEX and must be familiar with Web Services/REST APIs, XML, JSON etc.
This role requires that you be technically curious with a strong desire to understand how things are built and work.
This role also requires a forward-thinking openness to new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on regulatory strength and maximum availability.
Perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of modern web applications and back end services.
Perform moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code.
Minimum one years’ experience in design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
OR under-graduate degree in the field of Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, or PL/SQL Should have worked with front-end Web/GUI development languages like Java/APEX Must be familiar with Web Services/REST APIs, XML, JSON etc.
Experience in current Windows Server Operating Systems, network components and system storage and backup utilities On camera Zoom sessions Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint Professional Skills.
