Vacancy to work remotely in CDMX. Living in CDMX is essential.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 08:00-17:00 CST
We offer a salary of: $40,000-$60,000 per month

Requirements
ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL
Experience: 6+ Yrs L2 / L3 level
• Proven track record of working, and managing Microsoft, VMware, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft, VMware tools & technologies, and industry best practices.
• Performance analysis and tuning of VMware infrastructure.
• Creation, migration, cloning, snapshots, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting of Virtual machines.
• Experience in P2V, V-Motion, and VMware virtual center.
• Good hands-on command line of ESX.
• Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.
• Good understanding of HA and DRS environment.
• Documentation on process & procedure
Good to Have Skills:
• Advanced certifications related to Microsoft, VMware, Azure such as VCP, MC, or specific Azure certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Arc, Defender, Intune, Datadog and best practices and emerging trends in identity governance and administration.
• Ability to adapt and knowledge to of hybrid environments (On prem & cloud).

Must Have Skills:
• Knowledge in Azure Cloud technologies and PowerShell scripting
• Strong knowledge on administration, configuration, upgradation, and maintenance on ESXi hosts & VMware vSphere 6.0 and above.
• Hands on experience in installing, configuring, and supporting Windows servers operating systems: Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in performance and configuration related issues
• Provide windows server systems architecture, administration, installation, optimization, problem isolation and resolution.
• Working knowledge in Windows Servers & ESXI upgrade
• Strong knowledge on Administered Active directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS
• Strong knowledge in windows cluster, file server, DFS & NAS administration
• Configure and manage Group Policy Objects to create a secure Windows Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in HPE standalone and Blade systems and enclosure hardware administration.
• Any Patching tool experience like WSUS, Bigfix, SCCM
• Good understanding in basic networking concepts and backup administration.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
