Job Description Zendesk is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team to oversee ad trafficking operations.
Partnering closely with Digital Marketing Managers, you will play a crucial role in the flawless execution of our digital marketing campaigns across paid media vendors globally.
What you'll be doing Serve as subject matter expert for all internal and external questions related to ad delivery and tracking globally.
Coordinate with channel managers to assist in launching new ad campaigns.
Ensure accurate naming convention usage and tracking of ads across all channels and vendors.
Deliver trafficking quality assurance process and ensure its implementation across all campaigns.
Own and support new and existing vendors’ onboarding and operations and ensure alignment between media buyers, procurement, security, legal, and finance teams.
Upload offline spend and audiences, track PO capacity, and other tasks to ensure flawless budget and campaign delivery.
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all ads, lead generation forms, landing pages, and other setups to ensure they are error-free and meet the required standards.
Monitor, verify, and report on the tracking of campaigns, ensuring that tracking and attribution are working properly, troubleshooting reporting issues as needed.
Work closely with media buyers, marketing analytics, and marketing ops to ensure accurate attribution of all paid media ads.
Basic Qualifications High attention to details and ability to learn in a fast paced environment Intermediate to advanced level in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Strict adherence to deadlines and the ability to determine priorities.
Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes;  Experience in digital advertising with a focus on trafficking and digital tracking is a bonus  BA/BS required High attention to detail and ability to anticipate problems before they escalate.
