Manages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Maintain databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses Update client accounts based on payment or contact information Preparation and Skills.
Basic Knowledge Required.
- Education.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Similar.
- Analytical, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
Specific Knowledge Required.
- General Accounting - Analysis of costs and budgets - SAP system - Bilingual English/Spanish Safety This position will adhere to safety rules, practices and training as outlined in the local BorgWarner Safety Policy, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires.
This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses.
He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers.
In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
Environmental Management System, Health and Safety at Work Compliance with the environmental, health and safety policy, legal requirements and others applicable to the organization.
