ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST.
What you’ll do.
Process raw material AP invoices (3-way match) for business units located globally Process non raw material AP invoices for business units located globally Investigate received and not invoiced purchase order receipts Participate in the month end close activities.
Provide help with invoice receiving, storing and approvals of AP invoices Communicate with internal customers/departments.
Perform vendor account reconciliations when needed.
What you’ll bring Degree required 2-6 years of experience preferred Work with minimal guidance.
Resolve problems of increasing complexity.
Computer experience and functional use of integrated business systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel enabling fast data manipulation.
Strong interaction with customers, well-developed commercial sense, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to communicate in English very well (writing and verbally) What you’ll get.
