ACCOUNT PAYABLE ASSOCIATE

Position.
The position is based in Rome.
Reporting to the Payable Team Coordinator, he/she responsible for the following activities.
Verify and posting invoices against purchase orders before issuing payment to vendors Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or quantity discrepancies Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and handle financial monthly closing Monitoring records of outstanding payables Perform reconciliation of accounts Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes Profile.
Master’s degree in economy or related field required At least 3 years of experience in accounting Excellent knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong knowledge of SAP4H Knowledge of English is required Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciate Time management capacity to respect deadline Organized and detail-oriented A high level of personal discipline and integrity is highly recommended Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes   LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect or each person’s singularities.
