Responsabilidades de la vacante.
Gestión integral de contratos de venta, garantizando que cumplan con los requisitos legales y las políticas de la compañía.
Administración del proceso general.
redacción, reunir los soportes y la validación de las áreas involucradas, envío a firma (digital y/o autógrafa), atención a solicitudes de cambios, modificaciones, dudas relacionadas con el proceso.
Colaboración con todas las áreas involucradas del proceso de validación del contrato (Ventas, Legal, Back office, Logística).
Seguimiento a pedidos y trámites relacionados al contrato.
Gestión y envío de muestras para proyectos especiales.
Resguardo y control de documentos.
Registro de información (alta de pedidos y clientes) en sistemas internos.
Gestión para pagos a proveedores.
Elaboración de reportes para seguimiento de contratos.
Habilidades requeridas.
Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
Comunicación eficaz (oral y escrita).
Negociación.
Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos interfuncionales.
Atención al detalle, organización y precisión en la gestión de contratos.
Proactividad, capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y colaborativa.
Pasión por la calidad y el servicio.
Cualificación Conocimientos y/o experiencia en Administración, Contratos (comprobable).
Inglés Intermedio-Alto Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), software de gestión de contratos (Adobe Sign).
