Basic Qualifications.
Minimum Degree Required.
Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience.
4 years of Workday product experience Preferred Qualifications.
Degree Preferred.
Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study.
Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science Certification(s) Preferred.
Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or engagement manager certification Preferred Knowledge/Skills.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs.
Streamlines HR policies, practices, and processes, while transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital; Aligns HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies; Supports Workday HCM Core module function as applicable; Illustrates Business processes related to Workday; Configures the Workday HCM Core module including associated business processes, employee management through their life cycle, organizations, and custom reporting; Configures the Workday Security module including the associated maintenance of domains and functional areas’ security policies, authentication policies and business process policies; Operates specialist domain knowledge for Workday HCM Core to the business and Level 2 Support Groups; and Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2; Produces deliverables through collaborating effectively across teams, and multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; Supports Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday Releases; Updates Workday configurations based on requirement changes; Provides industry knowledge and best practices of Workday HCM Core business processes; Participates in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person; Prepares concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and, Provides timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
