• Functional and technical experience in analysis and design of business solutions, for the processes of demand planning, planning and execution of production process, planning and purchasing of packaging material and raw materials, master planning of the supply chain.
• Design of processes, business cases, analysis of functional requirements, preparation of proposals and scope of the solution, work plans, technical specifications, design and execution of tests, user training and support.
• Projects for business transformation base on SAP solutions, JDA-Blue Yonder solutions, data transfer interfaces, data repositories, design KPIs and dashboards.
• Design, operation, configuration, training of end users and technical support in SAP-APO modules: PPDS-MRP (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling-Material Requirement Planning) and CIF (Core Interface).
• Design, operation, configuration, end user training and technical support for supply chain with JDA-BlueYonder solutions like Demand Manager, Supply Chain Planner, Factory Planner.
• Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases, design, creation and maintenance of stored procedures, tables, jobs, triggers, access security and datalakes.
• Analytical skills and an excellent understanding of the integration of processes and systems, in the supply chain, to provide the best business solution.
• Implementation of improvements with medium knowledge in SAP-ECC modules: PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management).
• Excellent attitude for teamwork, good communication and experience with multicultural teams.
• English intermediate-advanced level, business language conversation.
• Implementing production planning and detailed scheduling, base on optimized production sequence, achieves timely production for demand fulfillment, efficiently manages bottling line capacity, effectively utilize available packaging and raw materials, helps plan for crew allocation to the bottling lines with JDA Factory Planner and SAP APO Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.
• Configure sessions in Demand Manager to allow the use of the next statistical metohods: Moving Average, Qualifier Forecast, TriplePlus, Crostons, Pick Best.
• Optimization of resources and capacities, materials planning in real time using hard constraints like transition time (setup matrix) and priorities (setup costs), capacity and resources (bottling line and crew), preventive and scheduled maintenance and soft constraints like purchasing requisitions, resource priority with JDA Factory Planner and SAP APO Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.
