During this first stage of my career at Bridgestone, I was able to continue developing as a local technical support at the Cuernavaca Manufacturing Plant. I was able to manage Windows based servers. Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange account management. I participated as a collaborator in the migration of distributed switches in MDFs, as well as IDFs. I participated in the implementation of ITIL processes such as Incident Management (INC) and User Requests (Requirements), Infrastructure Change Request Control (CRQ) and high availability monitoring tools management.

Achievement
I was a leader taking full control of the Infrastructure and Information Technology department of BANDAG Company in León Guanajuato Mexico, (300 Users) a subsidiary of Bridgestone Americas. Transitioned this operation management and trained the new responsible person regarding servers, telecommunications and support for office users and manufacturing systems 24x7.
