• Download the production plan and update coverage on a daily basis. • Update the waterfall to manage the week to week or lead time increases and compare them with the APW/MPW. • Update the SAP with the correct schedule lines to provide the Customer forecast demand for a 12 weeks period in order to request the raw materials by DOM, NAFTA, OS. • Keep up to date every single part number to send releases to the Suppliers, track deliveries and confirm that invoices were uploaded into the system. • To attend conference calls with our Suppliers to confirm deliveries, provide coverage for each part number and track their shipments and progress for the action plan submitted. • Confirm the coverage of local suppliers to arrange pickup base on the schedule milk runs (12 trucks/month) and reduce shipments freight. • To keep raw material inventory levels within corporate policies. • Inform the inventory value of materials in transit on a weekly basis. o Gross stock trend amount: $11.5M usd o Monthly invoicing trend amount: $20.0M usd • To improve the Supply deliveries level from 89% to 94% in 3 months. • To ensure materials on time to improve the service level from 85% to 95% in 5 months. • Develop cycle inventories to ensure reliability and WIP match with SAP. • Confirm the coverage of local suppliers to arrange pickup base on the schedule milk runs (12 trucks/month) and reduce shipments freight. • Confirm coverage of NAFTA and overseas suppliers to arrange imports based on the schedule and close at the end of the month within budget (20 trucks/month). • Quote either DHL, FedEx, CH Robinson, Panther, JAS, Europartners, Nippon, Agility, or DSV the optimal freight to import material. • Plan Bulk materials with SAP based on consumption history. • Plan the Hand Over and breakpoint with new projects and set up for part numbers: • MOQ, APW/MPW • Pipe line full covered and DOH • No ECR/PCR open, no credit hold
