-	Sustaining support for production ICT, PXI, LXI and Flying Probe testers. 
-	ECO implementation.
-	Maintenance for software and hardware on Agilent 3070, Teradyne Spectrum 8852, Zehntel 1800, PXI, LXI, and takaya 9411 FP testers.
-	Supervise technicians and support activities. 
-	Create, implement and follow up of corrective and improvement actions.
-	Work with manufacturing team, quality, process, industrial, etc. to implement process improvements.

-	Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment used for systems and printed circuit boards and subassemblies.
-	Knowledge of industry and quality standards and SPC methodologies.
-	Knowledge of statistical process control methods and techniques.
-	Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple, changing deadlines.

       Identify test issues to increase throughput at ICT and repair

       Implement ECO and DEV for all Lucent products at ICT
