Managed Human Resources are, planning, organization and development of human capital. Monitoring Human Resources Processes for the ISO and FDA quality systems. 

Lead human development staff activities including recruitment, training, talent development, employee and labor relations, communications, employee services, benefits administration, advice and support in developing plans, design and implementation of activities for staff retention, compliance processes, linking the company with the community through Philanthropy & Environment programs.
