Main Responsibilities
•	Managing and deploying the NEMAK SQA´s Organization in Mexico in 13 facilities, Focusing on approving new suppliers in the quality systems with liaisons with customer requirements and ISO 9000/ IATF 16949 requirements and performances evaluation for existing suppliers as  well as continues supplier development program at NEMAK  in line with global SQA team within  NEMAK strategies, Leading and driving  the supplier audits  program and the applications of   Quality Risk box tools (Core Tools), Guiding  and assure the product  approval  (PPAP) with Quality Risk Prevention and use  the Advanced product quality planning (APQP).
Accomplishments 
•	A new model of SQA team implemented globally in four continents to determine Role and Responsibilities as well as the profile with the Knowledge and skills that a global SQA must have and professional development within the organization with different levels. Obtaining a standardization of this function being more productive activities like a suppliers cost projects, suppliers development and continuous improvement, had reached cost savings 2M usd in two years.

Main Responsibilities
•	Focused on approving   and continuous improvement in the quality systems , Liaisons with customers and suppliers on matters relating to the Quality System and performances for all suppliers at SKF in LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico & USA) line with global SQA team within  SKF strategies. Ensured the growth of the company by continuously chasing waste at the supplier base toward zero defects, continuous improvement and best practices.
Accomplishments 
•	Implemented an effective supplier audit annual plan in LATAM to obtain a better suppliers selection and suppliers quality system evaluations,  A supplier development program has deployed focusing on continuous improvement of the suppliers  to obtain cero defects and  had reached  cost savings (COPQ) 3 M usd in 4 years.

Main Responsibilities
•	Managed and   deployed continuous improvement department in Latin America level in six facilities. (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Brazil and Argentina). Identified, prioritized and to selected projects related to company performs (KPI´s)  all areas of the organization,  Using a Balanced Scorecard to identifying operations  opportunities and indicator monitoring, Lead LEAN , Six Sigma & Operational Excellence strategies to improve  growth business and profit supporting the operations VP in  terms of strategically decisions related to the company´s performance in LATAM.
Accomplishments
•	Implementation a Manufacturing Excellence culture, reducing operational and process wastes in LATAM (Six facilities) have obtained savings for more than 2M usd in one year, 2013.

Main Responsibilities 
•	Lead and managed LEAN-Six Sigma department in Mexico in four different units. (2 Manufacturing facilities, logistic and sales) Trained, coached and monitored all Green Belts  and Black Belts , projects tracking, using  operations management  (BSC) focused in main KPI´s to achieve main targets  in safety, quality, delivery & cost, Developed Business Plans and Forecasts in Mexico. Accomplished, maintain and to review six Sigma training programs and materials.
Accomplishments
•	Lead and managed a LEAN Six Sigma Strategy in SKF to have a continuous improvement system, obtaining operational savings of 3M usd in two years.                                                                                     

•	Deployed and managed Lean Six Sigma methodology from cero in Guadalajara manufacturing plant, project follow up for all Green Belts and Black Belts and KAIZEN events for process improvement and waste reduction.

•	Had reached savings more than 4M usd in four years

• Responsible for problem solving,quality system and customer complaints

• Project development and application of the Six sigma and Lean manufacturing methodology.

•Coordinate Lean Six Sigma desparment in toluca manufacturing plant, project follow up for all Green Belts , Black Belts and KAIZEN events for process improvement and waste reduction.
