•	Successfully implementation on a retirement plans web application using DevOps and Scrum, the development planning, support, issues and changes were managed by using Jira, Github to control code versions, Angular for the front end and C# for the Back End (Core and Web services), the database was created in SQL Server on Microsoft Azure.
•	Provided regular status update in executive and easy reading reports for key clients to highlighting billing, risk and weekly achievements. The technologies used were Pega, Java, AWS and Micro services. 
•	Facilitated the Selenium training to build the next QA automation engineers and preserve a key account that is using DevOps, 24 team members were graduated in our first round.  
•	Collaborated and designed a new internal Moodle website, to build an in-house DevOps training path for full stack engineers, some trainings uploaded in the website were: Scrum, Python, Docker, GitHub, Visual Studio, PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Server. 
•	Support the effective communication soft-skill training, creating a complete cycle to evaluate the participant’s progress defining assessments, follow up sessions and next steps required to develop the soft skill. 60 team members were included in the initiative.

•	Managed the PMO implementation to follow up more than 30 projects defined in the strategic planning, I collaborated with the impacted departments and SMEs to define goals, plans, resources and target solutions.
•	Worked closely with leadership across IT, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and distribution for the WMS (Warehouse Management System), WLM (Warehouse Labor Management), and Allocation projects by using Blue Yonder solutions (JDA). Coordinated the plan, budget, initial assessment, resources, kick off and execution.
•	Led the electronic voucher app for android and apple in 6 weeks from the kick off to the marketing launch presentation using Scrum, I actively participated in the “as is” and “to be” processes definition, identifying impacts, risk and changes needed to the successfully implementation, managing internal and external resources. 

•	Worked with the key stakeholders to successfully include the AMEX credit cards into Samsung pay digital wallet, created the WBS among the different areas to develop and deliver all the requirements needed, such as: Marketing, Testing, Legal, Operations, and Compliance etc. With this initiative Amex cards were included in the Samsung pay launch.
•	Successfully remove some manual processes that used the FX rate in AMEX, I Investigated and identified how to use the amounts published by the authority to calculate some fees creating several analysis and a POC with the IT teams. With this initiative we solved the manual entries and call center claims raised by the clients. 
•	Collected, compiled and analyzed the new co-branding card contract signed by AMEX to adjust the new terms and conditions to apply new benefits. Reviewed among the different areas affected, creating the project plan to follow up the changes required on each area.
•	Successfully conduct the new AIG commission schema to define the securities broker payment including planning, build, testing and go live.
•	Investigated, identified and managed key gaps in AIG for electronic accounting reports.
•	Facilitated the annual invoicing changes requested by the authorities in AIG.

•	Collected, compiled, analyzed and interpreted data to define the data process flow needed to create the electronic accounting files requested by the tax authorities (Account chart, Trial Balance and Journal entries) for the 7 DuPont’s companies.
•	Managed the changes required in SAP, Concur (travel expenses), electronic invoices, customs brokers, purchases and payrolls to feed the electronic accounting information.
•	Delivered on the times specified by authorities the electronic accounting reports including testing and go live.
