Managing Regulatory Bank Projects for the SW development and infrastructure implementation of Finance Business areas, involving changes to the Bank core systems, in order to be in compliance with the IFRS9 global regulatory norm.
Achievements:
	Successful execution of Bank projects for Citi-Banamex.
Challenges:
	Management of the Loans and Amortized cost workstreams, having multiple Business requirements, multiple dependencies, and mitigating the impact of the ongoing project.
	Management of multiple lines of Business with multiple systems and Operational areas.
	Deploy the Regulatory IFRS9 project on January 2022 deadline.
Risks:
	Internal slow Bank response times and often changes on priorities, constantly delaying the activities progress
