 Coordinated the implementation of the CEMEX Business model using SAP in the CEMEX operation in Croatia with a 40% less people than in the other European countries.
 Structured and coordinated the execution of a data migration plan with savings up to 1 MUSD during the implementation of the CEMEX business model in Croatia.
