*Planning parameters calculation, attainment and dashboard creation (Safety stock, Reorder point, MOQ, Lot, Min & Max inventory) resulting in a warehouse space, internal OTD and operations improvement.
*Lead and maintenance of the pilot line Trailer Hitch for Toyota Pull System. (Heijunka board/cards, PC store, Line side store, Picth time)
*Participation in 7 workshops for Tundra line Toyota Pull system implementation. (1. Standardized work, 2. VSM, 3. Problem Solving, 4. Design, 5. SMED, 6. Implementation and 7. Maintenance).
