Instructional Design
- Creating local and WW training content for the Setup New Specialist Training (NST) curriculum.
- Supporting other lines of business by creating additional courses for Sales, Payment and Blocks NST curriculum.
- Using a storyboard approach to create e-Learning courses for proprietary Learning Management System.
- Reviewing various training content before sending the assets for publication in the LMS.

Training Delivery & Shadowing Guidelines
- Leading the creation of WW procedures to provide clear guidelines to facilitators on training deliveries and to employees involved in shadowing with new recruits.
- Aligning and getting agreement on the final document with each Geos.
- Working with legal and WW Learning Department to ensure compliance with GDPR and global data protection regulations.

EMEIA Setup Training Lead
- Developing Support Resources for a Worldwide audience with the approval of the WW Program Manager and support of our Retail Senior Vice President.
- Collaborating with Setup Specialists to create product trainings tailored to their needs.
- Reporting quality trends to support coaching planning for the French Setup team.

- Supporting and coordinating Training events for Q1 15 across all EMEIA sites.

- Creating a panel of Accessibility Ambassadors for EMEIA.
- Coordinating Accessibility events involving the Ambassadors.
- Measuring and reporting the success of the initiative to local business stakeholders and WW.

EMEIA Product Training Strategy
- Maintaining a calendar of events with the support of key business partners.
- Coordinating and communicating training events with relevant stakeholders.
- Leveraging Product Discovery Centre stock and space to promote some of the events.

EMEIA Discovery Centre
- Designing Learning Strategy and implementation process.
- Coordinating and managing product inventory and supply with WW Product Team.
- Coordinating creation and implementation of targeted training events.

- Leading training classes of over 20 learners for different LOB and markets both onsite and to our Vendor sites.
- Building strong relationships with Managers and other key business partners.
- Working with relevant WW stakeholders to develop new training content.
