Here i work at the loyalty and retention departament, basically the job consists of showing lots of empathy with customers to build rappor, to have an easy going and calm call, once you build it you can do lots of things, such as softly educate the customer about what type of sevices the have and the benifis about each service, you have to be able to tell wheather they have any type contracts attached to any of thier active services , company's policíes, procedures, and once you thouroughly educate your customer. You basically win your customers trust, then you  can position new products in the market such as high speed internet, direct tv, u-verse tv, home phone, wireless lines, wireless plans, cellphones etc. and succesfully help the company grow, selling as much as you can, to increase company's revenue.

Here the main duty was book time shares within the MELIA resorts to all available destinations, and to all possible options about alternate destinations, based on gathered info from member about interests and needs. Every now and then you would get a brand new member, so you had to know company policíes and the pruduct to thouroughly educate your new member about what type of timeshare they had bought, the benefits about it and how to go about using it, wheather it was by using their SM options, points, and trading their time share with afiliates such as RCI, Aside from that i had to make lots of outboubd calls to welcome brand new customers to the club and also explain membership type and benefits about it.
