I have achieved that there are no differences in the orders, between the invoiced and the requested, avoiding economic losses. In addition, the billing process is closed on time.

I supported the network and the Telecom services for the Mexico 
locations, and I worked on the implementation of the IT projects, such as IP phone, network devices replacement, IT infrastructure, etc.

I supported the Mondelez Account (previous Kraft) for the Latin America region. I was responsible of the operations of the network services for all the Latin America locations (17 countries). I worked on activities of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change 
Management, Asset Management. My Department also supported the projects, by providing the required information and the network devices configuration to the project managers and the network engineering team. In the last 9 months, I supported the Bimbo Account and my main responsibility was the management of the invoice of the WAN links hired with Telmex for all the Latin America locations.

I supported the network operations of the Kraft Account in Latin America. 
Note: HP acquired the EDS Company, and we were transitioned to HP.
