•	Prevent, maintain and improve the quality of products at TBM, working on data analysis and problem-solving methodologies. (8ds, A3, PFMEA go and see)
•	Keep and improve the trend of customer satisfaction, tracking in the key performance indicators, attending customer complaints on time and eliminating the root cause.
•	Continues LPAs & audit product process to improve the quality system.
•	Analysis and development of necessary controls in the system for new projects, related to quality of product and process. (Drawings, PFMEA, control plan, work instructions)
•	Design and implement systems, poka yokes, fixtures and gage to improve the quality, to reduce scrap, eliminate customers complains and improve indicators. 
•	Alignment the CSR (Customer specific request) to maintain the quality system. 

•	Analyze the RFQ, feasibility study based on materials & machines capacity.	
•	APQP Planning, product design, process design and validation with customer
•	Emitting BOM and approval of engineering changes.
•	Planning and presenting annual Budget 
•	Manage the MABE  SAP customer portal to create the ASN
•	Design in CATIA V5, and emitting drawing of tools based , Trainee new staff on GD&T
