To coordinate the attendance of audits at different internal and external levels such as for clients, labor representatives, certifications and social security authorities. Redesign and automate purchase orders formats linked to the personnel data base; Harmonization of the crew change processes for boat and helicopter transportations; Improvement on the communication needs with the OIMs and management by scheduling regular meetings and visits to the rigs; Redesigned the corporate identity of the company, including the supervision of the creation of the web page, using my previous graphic designer professional experience.
