Abbott is a one of the top ten global Pharmaceutical companies, $30.5B business in 2018. I was brought on board to help in the business development strategy for the new informatics business division named "ALINIQ". That included: Marketing, Forecasts and Sales Tactics.
•	I Consulted internal customers and an external distributor to project delivery with an analytical, process-oriented and data driven approach for public and private institutions, with an income over of $1M.
•	Experienced in Business & operational consulting, meeting stakeholders in 30 labs to identify operational development opportunities to ensure a growth aligned with their business strategy and preparing results by applying the relevant methodology and presentation skills.
•	Created a business partnership with the market leader of LIS solution that allowed us to participate in government tenders in which we meet the requirements, allowing our B2B sales to reach $2M.
•	Coaching and training to ten sales ambassadors about how to define business process improvement and QA, applying our informatics solutions, for customers in Mexico.
