	Contribution include the Scrap reduction from 4% to 1.8%, Improve OEE from 81% to 86%, initiate the Mold rebuild program and start the refurbish program. Generate the Corporative Capital Appropriation Request on Project JC49 Chrysler with over 240K cost, including injection molds, extrusion dies and cutting fixtures for the different extrusion profiles, also include replace obsolete Compressed air system by a Rental Contract with lower maintenance cost and increasing the reliability. Manufacturing Plant with 1.2M monthly sales, four Extrusion lines for TPV plastic and 24 Vertical Injection machines running 24X6.

Some achievements at this position was the 15% cost saving at maintenance expenses and 100K dollars reduction in electricity cost; initiated the Overall Equipment Effectiveness tracking log.

•	Molding Manager. Responsible for Production, Engineering and Tool Room. Transference complete external medical application cables from different sites of USA, India and Germany. Transferred over 55 molding machine and over 600 molds mainly vertical process and some horizontal for components.
Unification the machine parameters with controlled documents. Running more than 2500 different medical devices for patient monitoring, Surgical and Ultrasonic applications involving the most common Thermoplastic and Medical grade Silicon.
Experience two FDA deep investigations in our certified ISO 13485 System with out mayor findings. 
Position achievements as standardize the molds and machines in order to minimize the set-up time from 45 to 15 minutes; integration of Molding and Assembly processes improving delivery time in 30%.
