 Quality department Coordination: Chemical, Metallurgical and Metrology Laboratories; Quality management system; Quality process; Incoming materials; and Suppliers’ quality, in order to assure the quality of the products delivered to customers. Promote the use of 8D, QRQC (Quick response quality control), follow up the external and internal audits for ISO 9001, 2015 certification and customer audits. PPAPs coordination for new products. KPIs follow up in order to meet with the company objectives as customer claims, scrap, non-quality costs, and quarantine area. Manage budget assigned.
•	Achieve company ISO 9001, 2015 certification, reduce customer claims in 60%, and establish the use of Master WEB for QMS, implement Metallurgical Laboratory

WCM (World Class Manufacture) activities in the Quality Control pillar, participation in the technical pillars as EEM (Early Equipment Management), WO (Work organization), PD (People Development) and CD (Cost deployment) in order to implement the WCM tool in the company. Quality Manufacture Engineers coordination in assembly production areas, Chemical and Metrology Laboratories coordination. Certified internal instructor for training in Quality topics and WCM subjects to employees and operators. Support activities to maintain the ISO 9001 and OCIMA certification, activities for continuous improvement.
•	Increase qualification in WCM for Quality, implement Metrology Laboratory

Develop P0 and P1 projects for special products considering fog lamps, rear side markers and stop lamps. Project Platform Team Coordination (quality, methods, logistic, design and purchase) to start production in the new lines implemented as well in the transferred lines from another locations from the Valeo Group like Belgium and others to get the validation and release by customers such as Chrysler, Nissan, Ford, GM, and Toyota.
•	Transfer for one facility to another all fog lamps of the company with success

Develop new products for the company to be used in the automotive industries in applications as seats, inserts, armrest, cluster hood, door panels and instrument panels, using mainly PVC and polyolefin, develop new material to be used in the leathers, textiles, lacquers components, foams etc. Transfer projects from other facilities to Mexico, raw material localization, manage the Research and Development team in the company, responsible for 2 departments: Product development and Materials development. Implementation of new engineering changes for the serial products. Responsible for the budget assigned to the department.
•	Development of new products for BMW, Mazda, Chrysler and other customers. Development of ecological PVC with bamboo.

Projects Coordination P1 (OES) and P0 (productivities and improvements in products in process), air cooler chargers, radiators, condensers, shrouds and modules were the products performed, since there is an opportunity of quotation until the products are validated by customer and the targets established by Management committee are reached, responsible of budget assigned, timing and quality targets of the project, using VALEO standard procedures for projects (CIP) and Customer requirements standards. Training courses as a trainer in Reliability, Project standard (VALEO Structure Development Process) and quality tools.
•	Development of new CAC DR with best performance and cost reduction

Quality Area Management. Establish and follow up continues improvement strategy through PAQ and physical indicators. Application of VALEO 5000 norm, international norms as ISO TS 16949, VDA, etc. Customer Initial samples management. Evaluation of customer claims to generate specific actions to solve them. Internal and external quality audits management. Establish and follow up QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) in all areas of company.
•	Reach re certification of ISO/TS 16949

Management of: Metrology, Bench test and Chemical-Metallurgical Laboratories. Reliability Specialist, responsible for budget and investment assigned, customer and supplier relation, QRQC participation, procedures and instructive perform, audits participation. Provide technical support to production, R&D, purchase, sales and other areas.
•	Implementation of new analysis technics for new products.

Quality system and process engineer in aluminum evaporator’s production line, CAB technology (braze aluminum). Participation in new evaporators’ models development, use of SPC and core tools to improve the quality product performance. Leader of PDCA teams, audits and operators training.
•	Reduction of PPMs in the area assigned and customer claims in 60%

Responsible of Chemical & Metallurgical Laboratory. Chemical & Metallurgical Laboratory management, perform of new analysis techniques, budget management, participation in new projects and PDCA teams, procedures and instructive perform, customer and supplier relation. Perform failure analysis in order to know the failure mode of the part.
•	Participation in the team to reduce PPMs in process. Implementation of metallurgical Laboratory.

Manufacture Engineer. Process paper improvements. Use of SPC process, perform material balance for water and solid, process optimization by experiments design.
•	Reduction of consumption of water using SPC.

Quality product follows up, development of new materials, responsible of raw material, special tests and process. Use of SPC, supplier relation, uses specific equipment for cigarette tests, Test development for raw material quality determination. Quality documents management. Operators training.
•	Quality system implementation.

Graduada como Ing. Química de la Facultad de Ciencias Químicas de la Universidad de San Luis Potosí y titulada con tesis del proyecto de investigación "Contaminación ambiental en la ciudad de San Luis Potosi" obteniendo reconocimiento por participación en el X Encuentro Nacional de AMIDIQ (Academia Mexicana de Investigación y Docencia en Ingeniería Química A.C.)
