Recommend enhancements to the network infrastructure and enhance proactive network management tool set. Troubleshoot network problems on the global network through to resolution. Respond to monitor alarms to identify the root cause of an outage and coordinate the corrective action in line with existing procedures and practices. Provide on-call support services as needed. Assistance to perform project engineering including specification definition, design of solution in compliance with corporate standards, implementation, testing through to production.

Support to the network infrastructure Data Centers for Customer Russell Investments. Working with the Cloud Network team supporting and applying changes related to Security and LAN technologies. Working with Virtual networking environments SDN, NSX.

Working with incidents and requirements. Management of monitoring tools to enhancing the network infrastructure, detection proactive issues. Advice to tier 1 engineers and NOC engineers with incident resolution. Updating versions as per best practices, escalation with Vendors. Design and planning of new projects. Creating documents for RFC and RCA. Adding new documents for CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
