•	Provide technical input for quotes: review technical requirements from customer, design review, request quotes to suppliers.
•	Engineering staff management.
•	Manage all the technical discussions and project deliverables with the customer plan and manage new projects.
•	Define and lead the project team in order to manage in-put in the development of the new project.
•	Coordinate the different parties involved in the project regarding the different tasks, the timing and the project follow-up until the release of the project finish and accepted by the costumer (PAPP & PSW).
•	Motivate and continuously manage the project team by defining priorities, based on the technical and organizational experience.
•	Order tools and equipment within the project budget and assure that trials can take place as planned.
•	Assure that the project which is launched in the production plant meet customer specifications and requirements.
•	Review results at the end of the project with the key account administrator.
•	Assure that the day to day activities and project handling take in consideration the required environmental, health and safety rules and standards.
•	Work with ECN change for tooling or Process. 
•	Experience with core tools (Flow charts, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC & MSA).

•	I start with the company launch team 1998 for Nissan Sentra and PT Crusier model 2000.

•	Train in Dearborn, MI. and Canada. One year in extrusion lines in all phases of process.

•	 Launch new projects and equipment installation. 

•	Calibrate pre-formers and post- formers, 

•	Coating application, 

•	Flock Application for glass run channel.

•	Use of micro waves ovens and hot air ovens with band and rolls.
 
•	Also in charge mixing area EPDM sponge and dense recipes.

•	Welding aluminum process and steel carrier, Prepare lines for PPAP´s and PSO´s, Procedures for TS 16949 and Instruction work, 10X reading, 

•	Make adjustment for each recipe using in process and process parameters adjustment, CLD, Elimination: Of Cure lumps, Blisters, Scratches, Opacity, Blooming, Etc… 

•	Monitoring of scrap defects in order to avoided from 35% to 6, 8 D´s Ishikawa
