Update scorecard monthly. (Main responsible for PPMs, COPQ, Quarantine areas and Supplier evaluations.
	- Follow 8D with Customers complaints.
	- Management of the budget for Quality Department.
	- Maintain development chart and evaluation of quality engineers.
	- Maintain the certification in IATF 16949:2016 (Lead Auditor IATF 16949:2009, responsible to implement and maintain the certification. Maintain Customer assessment (Ford - Q1, Harman, and Mabe).
	- Responsible of the Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible to evaluate suppliers and require QCR if apply.
	- Responsible to give a support for ISO14001 as an internal auditor, VDA 6.3 Internal Auditor. CQI12 and CQI23 Internal audits.
	- Lab responsible (Internal auditors ISO 17025).

-	Quality Management Systems responsible. 
-	Maintain ISO/TS16949:2009 certification.
-	Implementation of CQC certification (China Quality Systems Certification Center). 
-	Support ISO14001.
-	Internal audits in VDA 6.3.

Quality Manager, 
- Responsible as a Customer service contact, maintain the certification in ISO 9001:2008 and QSB (Quality Systems Basics required by GM), BASC and CTPAT Auditor, LPAs required by GM. 

Quality Manager and responsible of the Certification in ISO9001:2000. (Saltillo - 2006-2008), 
- Development of projects and responsible for the improvement, redesign facilities and Core Tools implementation, receive external audits as BH and Customers

Quality Manager.
- Responsible to maintain the certification in ISO9001:2000. (Saltillo - 2005-2006)
- Responsible of ISO 14001 - Certificated on March 2006
- Implementation of BASC and CTPAT system - Certificated on March 2006.
- Responsible to follow the key indicator reporting directly with Director Manager.
- Support as Logistics Coordinator. - Hermosillo, Sonora (6 months).
- Standardization of documents for logistic process (Monterrey, Querétaro, Monclova, Laredo Tx. and Hermosillo).

Support for Quality Awards 2000-2001 (Recognition on the project in Assembly area and Motors Plant).
Support for Quality National Award in 2001 and Support for Latin-America Award for the Quality management.
