Manage the Industrial Safety, Hygiene, Health and Property Safety department and government requirements.
KPI’s evaluation to determine the improvements in the operation.
Ensure the performance of activities at an optimal level for the fulfillment of internal and external needs, as well as the legal requirements of the organization.
Development and implementation of Industrial Safety, Health and Property Security policies and procedures to ensure a risk-free workplace, good health for all members of the organization, guaranteeing the continuity of operations.
Prepare and execute the annual budget of the area.
Achievements:
1) Development and implementation of the MMVO (Mazda de México Vehicle Operations) Plant Safety and Health System.
2) Reduction of AFR from 14 to 3.2 in 6 years, and reduction of the IMSS prime risk from 3.5 to 2.11 in the last 3 years.
3) Savings of 50% with the implementation controls of delivery-use- maintenance-dispose of Personal Protective Equipment.

Main Responsibilities: 
Manage the maintenance and general services activities of the P&G Gillette Plant in Irapuato Gto.
Prepare and execute the annual maintenance budget of the facilities.
Measurement of KPI’s for compliance with maintenance standards through continuous audits to obtain continuous improvement.
Achievements:
1)Develop and implementation of Maintenance Master plan since start operations of the Plant.
2) 100% implementation of maintenance plans for facilities and equipment.
3) Reduction of failures avoiding plant stoppages, achieving 95% customer satisfaction.

Coordinate the Organization's Transportation Logistics.
Establish the loading programs of the reception delivery process.
Control of transport providers.

1) 30% increase in customers.

Coordinate the maintenance of facilities and equipment at the Maintenance base and in the areas of Mexicana de Aviacion at the AICM-
Attention and follow-up to the audits of FAA, JAA, Star Alliance, STPS, PROFEPA among others.
Develop the annual maintenance master plan and monitor its execution.
Preparation and execution of the area budget.
Main achievements:
1) Reduction of failures to 0 in the aircraft landing gear through the rehabilitation of asphalt binders.
2) 30% reduction in expenses due to failures of the 400 hz. converters.
3) 100% compliance with government authorities and civil aviation.
