Assurance Global Sourcing supply of materials and services to PSA Peugeot-Citroën, (Argentina, Brazil and Europe sites), by evaluating new suppliers, localized at Mexico and USA and verify logistic, quality, projects management, according Quality Industrial Performance (PCPA, NSA, QSB+). Performing audits release process including R & R, review of process Tier2, follow up APQP system (PPAP Approved, PFMEA, Control Plan), ensuring the supply chain. Lead and coordinate Supplier Quality Assurance activities in accordance with defined strategies and targets. Follow up the action plan and root cause with the suppliers to avoid recurrence of quality incidents reported by different PSA production sites, follow up management project development to ensure compliance with timing in different commodities from pre-lunch to SOP: Electronic parts (PCB, Park Pilot Assembly, Airbag ECU, sensors, antennas, radios), Powertrain (engine components, sparks, condenser, compressors) Chassis (aluminum wheels), Exterior (fascia, fixed glass, headlights, taillights,) Interior parts (Instrument Panel, plastics parts, control modules).
ACHIEVEMENTS:    Successful launch of projects for T73 platforms (Car 408 Argentina and Russia) and Ai91 (car 208 France and Brazil) in time, cost and quality at 100% as established by the organization.

Coordinate audit process with 40 quality inspectors, 2 Quality Engineers in the different areas, powertrain process, assembly lines (structures, body, interior, electric-electronic and mechanical system) of buses, monitoring quality problems in the field through the Action Plan with the root cause of the problem, solution and implementation of the activities. Perform work plan for each module (Quality Assurance, Zero Defects), according to the VPS requirement (Volvo Production System). Management Quality System. Coordinate metrology lab activities, (calibration program and dimensional studies). Validation of new projects or engineering changes based on GDP (Global Development Process) to ensure the Manufacturing process.. Supplier audits along with SQA to develop suppliers to ensure raw material in time, cost, delivery and quality. Follow up the KPI’s of plant operations.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Implementation LPA system (internal audits) in all the process (assembly lines, paint and test area, to detect nonconformities reducing quality problems in 10%. Update PFMEA and Control Plan in all the process and achieve the optimum level of quality according Volvo requirements.
