 Head count control building the data sheet that includes personnel information and assignments 
 Reduce invoicing times getting in touch with customers to comply with each requirement and getting payment on time. 
 Reduced account receivables flow from 90 to 60 days.

 Lead the rolling forecast and budget preparation for 11 business units together with business leaders and Share service

 Support business leaders with all financial information related to their business unit 
 Lead revenue recognition monthly meeting of 11 business areas establishing objectives and report them to general

 Automatized revenue recognition data sheet that consider POC methodology in order to get accurate Revenue 
Projections. 
 Developed excel worksheet with Hyperion interface to improve reporting times. 
 Improved reporting time from 6 days to 4 days. 
 Developed automated worksheet in order to consolidate 11 business units at entity level.
