Administration of citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop, installation of VDAs to physical and virtual machines, publish applications and virtual desktops to remote users, configure the citrix Web Interface, give access or permissions to both physical machines and applications as well as virtual desktops, create and manage the catalogs and delivery groups in the citrix studio console, monitoring sessions of users through the citrix director console and basic scripting in Microsoft PowerShell oriented to Citrix and VMware.
Monitoring and administration of Windows servers, remote installation of applications and software, updating of servers and installation of patches through SCCM and manually.
Basic knowledge of active directory and antivirus platform, enter machines to the domain, make reservations of MAC and IP addresses to machines, DNS configuration, create scope of IP addresses and move machines to Organizational Units.
Monitoring of BATCH processes through the Control-M and AS-400 tool.
