Finally to take some representation on the Commercial area by making the sales role, by offering to the captive clients new kind of services that the enterprise handles as well, going apart from the services that they already has.

Responsible in the operative and monitoring processes for the final users according to the needs they are requiring, providing them the best experience on what the needs they has.

Responsible on giving the access of the final users to the end point.

Giving the correct exit through over all the network to the internet by NAT´s or PBRS configuration.
Monitoring the correct configuration of Site To Site VPN´s.

Giving support over the Project Manager requirements had an introductory course about all what Ericcson had all over the entity. This course had a duration time about 3 Months according to the program Graduates. Where I was introduced to every kind of work areas, going from RAN, GNOC, TXT, INTEGRATION, Project Management, etc. At the end of the course were integrated to the projects that were released.
