Job Description Blue Yonder Title: Business Consultant – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Other comparable titles: Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Warehouse Management Consultant, Supply Chain Functional Consultant, Business Consultant Intermediate Scope : Core responsibilities focus your efforts as a functional consultant for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solution implementations for customers across the Americas region. In this role, you will assist Solution Architects in designing best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Warehouse Management space, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations. You will support the functional engagement across of key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution. What You’ll Do:   Perform as an integral member of consulting team to document and execute the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions will be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes Assist Architects during solution design to ensure clear construct/validation tasks are accurately represented in the project timeline Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates Execute assigned project tasks within project scope and timeline to ensure successful Time to Value and definitive customer satisfaction Coordinate issue resolution with Support and Steady State teams during implementation, validation and deployment phases, as they relate to customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements Desired Experience:  Total 1+ years of overall WMS implementation/Deployment experience preferably in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Labor Management (WLM) Knowledge Preferable Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering degree strongly preferred Possess Techno-Functional knowledge in the Warehouse Management space Technical Skills and Abilities: SQL, PL/SQL, MOCA, JAVA, Reporting, Page Builder Experience of integration with ERP/Host systems, Voice Integration and WCS integration Debugging & Trouble shooting knowledge Ability to learn new solutions/ features and demonstrate to customer. Provide technical and solution leadership during Critical/Major issues. Must be well organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work effectively with customer teams and cross functional teams Flexible to work in shifts, on call and during weekends.
