VOIP TECHNICIAN

Position Description.
We are seeking VOIP Technician to join the Information Technology Teamsupporting and assisting teams such as NOC and Radio Team.
These on-site position with potentialon-call.
Minimum Qualifications:• 6 months or more of professional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale InformationTechnology environment.• Minimum of 6 months or more experience working with hardware Inventory, Cisco Phones, WebexSystems, Zoom, Google meeting Apps.• Proficiency in TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, or VTC systems• Ability to perform troubleshooting, configuration, and restoration of services across multipleplatforms.• General understanding of IP and transport network topologies Preferred Experience:• Experience working in a Cisco network/Telecomm Environment preferred• Experience working with Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, and/or Rolm systems a plus• Telecommunications systems administration principles• Provide customer support for VoIP systems such as Cisco IP Phone end points.• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on systems• Perform network and telecommunications system incident investigation.• Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, callmanagers, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.
Responsibilities:• Provides technical support to County employees using various telecommunications and networksystems.• Provides technical support to County employees using Cisco VoIP end points.• Coordinating with vendors and customers for VoIP phone installations or service break fix.• Designs, configures, tests, implements, inventory and maintains a variety of hardware, software,peripheral devices, and systems.• Monitors and ensures systems meet business and performance needs.
• Technical implementation of telecommunications and network infrastructures.• Troubleshoot technical problems with the critical systems, servers and equipment within a Data Center environment, handling the more complex and critical problems.
Responds to systememergencies as required.• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

onday – Friday (8AM-5PM); No overtime.
fter Hours; Weekends and Holidays – Emergency OnlyTerm.
6 MonthsOn-Site.
This position will be required to report on-site.
