Our customer success entity aims to help our customers in their Retail, Omnichannel, and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications).
Our Digital Retail entity aims to help our customers in their retail and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications).
To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for we are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst that will work for one of our major client’s e-commerce platforms.
Your Role  Provide technical support for the ecommerce platforms.
Daily troubleshooting of issues to enhance customer satisfaction Serve as the primary technical liaison for critical incidents within the Digital applications.
Utilize tailored custom dashboards for key business partners such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, eCommerce warehouse OPS, eCommerce business team, and finance.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to grasp client business objectives effectively.
Take the lead in identifying and resolving diverse issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Deliver comprehensive weekly backlog reports to key technical stakeholders and the Senior Domain Manager, covering eCommerce RUN KPIs.
Manage ticket backlog and perform daily dashboard monitoring to uphold optimal performance standards.
Foster a robust network within the Digital and IT tech support ecosystem, maintaining close liaison with HQ.
Coordinate with the Senior Domain Manager and suppliers' IT support team, particularly the WMS development team, to address incidents impacting priority technical flows within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (e.
., order creation, shipments, returns).
Identify, document, and escalate recurring issues that evolve into systemic problems for timely resolution and prevention.
Monitor and assess client satisfaction with digital services provided by Information Services Management, ensuring continuous enhancement in service delivery." Your profile    This a hybrid position where your presence will be needed regularly in our customer’s offices in Mexico City.
ENGLISH is mandatory.
