Are you ready to step into the world of UX design? If you have the foundational UX and web design skills and you thrive on creating stunning, high-fidelity prototypes and design assets, this role could be for you.
We're seeking a motivated self-starter who can produce beautiful designs and maintain top-notch organization in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Facilitate or actively participate in brainstorming sessions using design thinking to gather diverse perspectives and foster shared ownership.
Collaborate with UX researcher on user-centered wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes for effective communication of design concepts to leaders and stakeholders.
Translate initial concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
Effectively communicate design specifications to web development and collaborate web developers to translate mockups into fully functional web interfaces.
Develop custom web illustrations to complement or clarify web copy and help tell our story visually.
Use data and best practices to recommend and facilitate updates and additions to existing design system and component library, including new or updated blocks, components, styles, or interactions.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Create and maintain design assets, such as style guides and component libraries.
Keep component library and design system files organized and up-to-date.
Support content entry in Optimizely CMS.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines and web accessibility standards in all designs and experiences.
What you will likely bring.
Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work well under deadlines, self-starter, innovative Basic HTML and CSS knowledge Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to demonstrate your skills through a comprehensive design portfolio Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently   What could set you apart.
