TREASURY SENIOR ANALYST JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

You’ll be responsible for strengthen the Treasury function, by assisting the Director with the day to day cash management and foreign currency, commodities, risk and accounting and reporting processes, to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate monthly results.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

[AV1]     A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Coordination.
Oversee and manage cash balances, surplus cash, funding requirements in multiple currencies, treasury systems related to cash and FX transactions and the North America banking relationship to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner.
Treasury operations.
Execution of daily Treasury payments and maintenance of treasury system and banking systems ensuring new users are setup/removed in a timely manner and to ensure straight through processing of payments.
Intercompany loan management.
Actively manage the intercompany loan portfolio, liaise annually with Tax/Legal on the renewal of intercompany loans/documents and co-ordination of Treasury documents including KYC banking documentation.
Project Work.
Support Treasury Director on various projects.
rollout of the treasury system regionally, Virtual bank account setup, Supply Chain finance automation.
Analysis and reports.
Quarterly analysis of treasury budget, upload to the budget system and deliver month/quarter end reporting accurately and in a timely manner including the review of reconciliations of same We’re Looking for Someone With   Educated to degree level, fully qualified Finance/Accountancy qualification required.
Advanced English Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Strong understanding of P&L and BS.
Awareness of capital markets (long and short term), foreign exchange and macroeconomic conditions desirable but not essential.
Awareness of insurance risk markets desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
ability to work well with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels across a global team in several time zone Excellent time management and organizational skills.
