TRAINING MANAGER - DERMATOLOGY.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join Skin Care business unit team.
The TM will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our dermatology brands aimed at pharmacy teams, subsidiaries, and international partners' marketing teams, as well as employees as part of their onboarding process.

Descripción de la oferta Develop and execute training programs tailored to pharmacy teams, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand positioning.
Conduct internal training sessions for sales representatives and new employees to ensure alignment with brand messaging, product knowledge, and company standards.
Create engaging and informative training materials in various formats, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and printed materials.
Manage and maintain the content of the training platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for all users.
Provide training and support to marketing teams in headquarters and subsidiary offices to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across different markets.
Coordinate and train a team of internal and/or external trainers to deliver effective training sessions to pharmacy teams and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in skincare and training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
Act as a champion for continuous learning and development within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Perfil del candidato Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, skincare, orrelated industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
Fluency in both English and Spanish languages, with the ability to articulate scientific concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey complex concepts effectively.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in learning management systems and multimedia authoring tools.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Flexibility to travel for training sessions and meetings.
